"Lou Pantaï" campsite has the "Camping Qualité" label( quality campsite). This national quality charter groups together the campsites accepting strict and specific commitments just as regular controls on more than 600 standards to assure you a better stay.
First campsite in the Var with the «tourism and disability» label, "Lou Pantaï" adapted its facilities in order to accommodate each one in the best conditions so in 2011, an eco-built accommodation fitting to disabled people is to be built.
Launched in 2001 by the Ministry of Tourism, the "tourism and disability" national label gives you reliable, united and descriptive information as regards the accessibility of the tourist facilities having regard for all the types of disabilities: motor, visual, hearing and mental ones. It has to be said that "Lou Pantaï" campsite has got the label for 3 disabilities: motor, hearing and mental ones.
The « tourism and disability » label comes up to disabled people's expectations as they can peacefully choose their holidays. The label guarantees an efficient welcome appropriate for the essential needs of disabled people. The documents which are used to get the label have been drawn up in consultation with the associations of tourism providers and the representatives of disabled people.
All the types of accommodation can get the label (hotels, campsites, furnished accommodation…), restaurants and all the tourist sites (museums, monuments, gardens, castles …) and the leisure sites (amusement parks, auditorium, sports halls…).
The label, what for?
It is a guarantee for disabled tourists. The "tourism and disability" label proves the real commitment just as an efficient and fitting welcome. The logo appended to the entrance of the sites and on the documents informs disabled people about the accessibility according to the disability thanks to 4 pictograms (motor, visual, hearing and mental ones).
